10 Signs of Pregnancy

Pregnancy is one of the events awaited by married couples. Especially if they haven't had any children at all. But not a few women are 'fooled' by feeling she has become pregnant just because of late menstruation, when in fact not.

Sometimes even the use of pregnancy test equipment can also give a false alarm. Well, to be sure, here are 10 signs of pregnancy that can be used as a guide to ascertain whether you are pregnant or not.

Swollen and tender breasts

One of the signs of pregnancy is that the breasts become sensitive and slightly sick due to increased hormone levels. The pain experienced is usually more painful than during menstruation. This discomfort will be significantly reduced after the first trimester because the body can already adjust to hormonal changes.

People who become pregnant in the first trimester often feel suddenly tired, possibly due to rapidly increasing levels of the hormone progesterone. But pregnant women will feel more energetic after reaching the second trimester.

There's a little bleeding.

Some women experience slight bleeding in the vagina about 11-12 days after intercourse. This bleeding is caused by the fertilized egg entering the lining of the uterus. Bleeding that occurs is very light as it appears as blood spots, pink or just patches stains reddish-brown.

Experiencing nausea and vomiting

Women who experience nausea and vomiting in the morning are usually experienced after 1 month of husband and wife intercourse. But for pregnant women, this nausea and vomiting occur not only in the morning but also problems during the day and night.

Sometimes pregnant women are disgusted by certain smells such as coffee, perfume or the smell of food that was previously very favored by the woman. This reaction can trigger a gag reflex.

Flatulence

Hormonal changes that occur at the beginning of pregnancy can make a person's stomach feel bloated, similar to when a woman before her menstrual period comes.

Frequent urination

Pregnant women urinate frequently all the time, as the amount of blood and fluid during pregnancy increases resulting in additional fluids being processed by the kidneys and bladder.

Late menstrual schedule

If the menstrual period is regular, then a person will perform a pregnancy test before the other signs appear. But if the period is irregular, then one of the above symptoms can be a hint that you will be late to get a period of menstruation.

Basal body temperature remains high

The basal temperature of the body is the temperature measured in the morning while still in bed and has not done any activities. To measure it can use a thermometer was placed under the tongue. If the basal temperature of the body remains high for 18 days in a row there is a chance you are pregnant.

Using pregnancy tests
